English Language (Small Group)
Join this engaging English Language course designed for KS3 learners (ages ~11–14) who want to strengthen their reading, writing, and analytical skills. In this small group class, students will explore a variety of non-fiction and fiction extracts while developing their ability to understand, analyse, and create effective written and spoken English.
This course focuses on building core language skills including comprehension, inference, evaluation, and structured writing. Learners will examine how writers use language, tone, and structure to achieve different effects, and will practise applying these techniques in their own writing.
Each session is interactive and skills-focused, combining reading analysis, discussion, and writing practice. Students will be encouraged to share ideas, justify opinions with evidence, and develop clarity and confidence in both written and spoken communication.
